Our class goal is to collaborate and create learning experiences that will help us improve our reading, writing and critical thinking skills in both English and History. We will explore Ancient Civilizations beginning with the earliest humans to the rise of Rome. We will capture our connections & findings through various forms of writing. Be prepared to participate in learning and push through challenges both individually and in groups.
Personalized Learning Personalized learning is a way of organizing learning experiences so you are at the center of your learning and have access to choices, feedback and support to meet your goals.
Project-based learning: You build and demonstrate cognitive skills by working through rich, meaningful projects.
Mentoring: You work with a mentor to set goals, make a plan to achieve those goals, and develop Habits of Success.
